The hotel is located in a bustling area near a large shopping center and conveniently close to the subway. the room was spacious and the bathroom was well-maintained. the service offered was friendly and prompt. the breakfast was delightful and the facilities exceeded expectations.
The refund process for the deposit payment was unprofessional and took an inordinate amount of time.

The location was great since it was near the metro station and there was a fruit shop nearby. the service was good and efficient.
The hotel charged a high deposit, which was inconvenient since their refund system was not efficient. It took an hour, and I almost missed my train.

We had a great stay here! The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is just a short walk from the metro station and there is a big shopping mall right next to it. The staff were very attentive and provided excellent room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The mini-bar was well-stocked and the terrace offered a nice place to relax. The dining table and dressing area were also convenient features. The hotel provided free toiletries and there were a washing machine and dryer in the room. The kitchen was equipped with cookware and kitchen utensils, and there was an electric kettle for our convenience. The room also had an AM/FM alarm clock and a parquet floor, which added to the overall comfort and quality of our stay. The staff here are friendly and efficient, and we also enjoyed the leisure facilities such as the sun terrace and garden area. The Wi-Fi was reliable and the car park was a convenient perk. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, amenities, and service.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
